We don't manufacture apparel. We screen-print the apocalypse. Born from cheap wine and a world on fire, we turn absolute chaos into wearable subversion.
In the chaos of 2020, we were just two uni dropouts fueled by cheap wine and collective burnout. Armed with a second-hand screen printer and a stack of op-shop blanks, we leaned into the madness of lockdowns. Our first designs—a screaming raccoon and a melting globe—were printed half-cut in the basement. What started as an Instagram joke exploded when TikTok got a hold of us. Suddenly, our gear was everywhere, from Queensland tradies on job sites to crypto bros clutching their portfolios. As the demand for our wearable subversion went nuclear, we ditched the basement for a dodgy Brunswick warehouse. We stayed raw, hiring fried mates from the gig economy to help us print the apocalypse and keep up with the global spiral.
By 2022, life was hitting a new level of surreal. Power bills started looking like phone numbers, so we channeled that shock into our next big hit: the 'Energy Prices Cooked' collection. We featured a cartoon roo clutching a grenade-shaped utility bill, and the response was absolute mayhem. The brand truly shifted gears when an AFL star was snapped wearing our gear to the footy, and global celebs began rocking 'Cooked' pieces as high-fashion irony. We suddenly exploded from a local joke into a cultural wildfire. Moving from Brunswick warehouse pop-ups to global hype, we became the official uniform for navigating the energy crisis, world chaos, and everything in between with a sarcastic grin.
Fast forward to now: we're shipping worldwide to a global cult following of legends who wear our gear to mock the madness. Shocked you're still reading this, honestly. You're cooked.
